Porta Potty & Restroom Trailer Rentals in Novi

A backyard graduation party near Walled Lake might need one ADA unit and a handwash station. A corporate event or wedding often calls for a restroom trailer with flushing toilets and sinks. Septic Tank Pumping & Holding Tank Service in Novi
Much of Novi is served by public sewer, but some homes and properties still use a private septic system. Job sites, sales trailers, and temporary offices often use holding tanks. If your property is one of them, John’s Sanitation can pump, clean, and maintain your system on a schedule based on your tank size and how much it’s used.
Our Novi septic services include:
- Residential septic tank pumping and cleaning
- Commercial septic pumping
- Holding tank rental and cleaning for construction and temporary sites
- Routine maintenance schedules, so you aren’t caught off guard
- Help with urgent problems like backups or slow drains. Same-day service may be available depending on scheduling.
Pumping on schedule is the simplest way to avoid backups and expensive repairs. Not sure your system is healthy? Read the warning signs of a failing septic tank or ask us about BioFORCE treatment.
Why Novi Businesses & Homeowners Call John’s Sanitation
Novi is easy to reach, but deliveries here can be tricky. Grand River and Novi Road around Twelve Oaks back up on weekends. Haggerty and the M-5 connector carry heavy commercial traffic. Sites near the I-96/I-275/I-696 interchange often limit when deliveries can arrive. Our drivers plan routes and drop-off windows with that in mind, so your units arrive when your site or venue can take them.
- Just west of town: our South Lyon yard is a short trip to Novi, which makes it easier to schedule deliveries, servicing, and pickups.
- 30+ years in Southeast Michigan: we’ve supplied construction sites, outdoor events, weddings, and septic customers across the region for decades.
- GPS-tracked trucks: help us keep accurate delivery and service windows.
- Licensed and insured technicians: we’re members of PSAI and the Michigan Septic Tank Association.
- One call for both services: portable restrooms and septic pumping from the same local team.
- 35-mile service area: covering Novi and the surrounding Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, and Washtenaw County communities.

Novi Portable Restroom & Septic FAQs
Can you provide portable restrooms for a trade show or expo in Novi?
Yes. For shows and expos at venues like Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly Suburban Collection Showplace), we can supply portable toilets, ADA units, handwash stations, and restroom trailers for outdoor lots, exhibitor areas, and overflow space. Venues often set their own rules for delivery times and placement, so share the venue’s requirements when you request a quote and we’ll plan around them.
Do you handle long-term rentals for Novi construction sites?
Yes. We supply construction sites along Grand River, Beck, Haggerty, and the I-96 corridor for jobs that run weeks or months. That includes standard and high-rise construction toilets, handwash stations, and holding tanks for job-site trailers. Servicing is scheduled around your crew’s hours, and we swap or add units as the job grows.
What should I rent for a tournament or event at a Novi park?
For a soccer or baseball weekend at ITC Community Sports Park or an event at Lakeshore Park, plan on a mix of standard units, at least one ADA-accessible unit, and handwash or hand sanitizer stations. Baby changing stations help at family events. The parks’ built-in restrooms are seasonal, roughly May 1 through Nov 1, so early-spring and late-fall events often need more units. Check the City of Novi’s park rules for placement and permits.
My Novi home is on septic. How often should it be pumped?
Much of Novi is served by public sewer, but if your property has a septic tank, how often to pump depends on tank size, how many people live there, and daily water use. Slow drains, gurgling pipes, sewage odors, or soggy spots over the drain field are signs you may need service sooner. We can look at your system and suggest a pumping schedule.
Can I put a restroom trailer in my backyard for a Novi wedding or party?
Often, yes. Our 8-ft. and 10-ft. Comfort of Home trailers fit many residential lots, and larger trailers work well for bigger guest lists. During your quote, we’ll check access, a level spot to set it, and the trailer’s site requirements so it can be placed safely on your property.
How quickly can you deliver to Novi?
Our yard is in South Lyon, just west of Novi, so we’re close by. For planned events, book as early as you can, especially in the spring and summer wedding and tournament season. For short-notice needs or urgent septic problems, call (248) 437-0841. Same-day service may be available depending on scheduling.
